DMCA
Takedown and Counter-Notice Policy
When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the infringing content in accordance with
copyright law. To promote fairness, we may disclose the details of the notice, including the complainant’s
contact details, to the party accused of infringement. If your content was removed due to an error, you
can submit a counter-notice that should include: identification of the content, its previous location,
your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), a sworn statement affirming that the
removal was a mistake, your consent to legal proceedings, and your physical or electronic signature. We
may restore the content upon receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant initiates legal
action.
